ExchangeCompress can be set to automatically manage attachments by the rules you define to zip, store and delete unwanted attachments and e-mail, saving up to 80% of the disk space used by your Exchange store. It can then automatically defragment the store recovering the space and increasing performance. Exchange 2000 & 2003 Standard users will like that it can forestall that expensive upgrade to Exchange Enterprise. Exchange Enterprise users will like that it can increase performance by decreasing store sizes and keeping those stores defragmented
